Trademob History

Trademob was founded in August 2010 by Ravi Kamran. Alexander Franke and Florian Lutz later joined as co-founders.  Trademob is a data-driven app marketing platform, achieving high volumes of valuable, engaged users and top app store ranking for iOS and Android apps. 

They specialize in mobile advertising campaign optimization and retargeting. Trademob also developed smartBoost, a product designed to push mobile apps to their profit-maximizing position in the Apple App Store. Trademob has partnerships with more than 200 advertising networks, including Google Adwords, DoubleClick, Admeld, Millenial Media, Adfonic and InMobi. Its clients include eBay Classifieds, Universal Music and Wooga.

In 2012 Trademob secured a $15 million Series B round of venture capital financing from Kennet Partners, Tengelmann Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds. As of November 2012, Trademob’s technology reaches more than half a billion smartphone users worldwide.
